Hirschmann Romania SRL is part of the Group and our client within this transfer project.
Challenge
Transfer of injection machines, workbenches, testers and other equipment specific to the short cabling manufacturing (engine and parking rear sensors) within the plant in Romania, from one workshop to another, to around 15 km distance.
Project
Normandia`s specialists perform specific operations on the injection machines (ARBURG) and the cable twisting machines (KOMAX). The works include the disconnection of the equipment from utilities (water for cooling, electricity and compressed air), mechanical dismantling on movable parts (arrangement on horizontal position of the injection heads, dismantling of the cooling units). After dismantling, we proceed to the transfer of parts on a platform, their loading on transport rollers, their anchoring on a lorry and finally their discharge and finally their transport on rollers to the new location.
Within the same project, Normandia`s team installs the suspended cable channels and the network of the noncorrosive and aluminium tubes that supplies the injection machines with granules, air, electricity and cooling water.
