Performing multiple operations of transfer and relocation of CNC industrial equipment and assuring works of planned and predictive maintenance to CNC equipment.
Project
Normandia’s teams of mechanics and electricians permanently transfer CNC machines (turning machines, milling machines, grinding, super-finishing machines etc.), ranging from 7 to over 36 to. The transfer and the relocation operations start with the disconnection of the machines from utilities, electricity, air and emulsion, mechanical dismantling in mobile components and subassemblies, and their transportation on rollers to the new location. The teams proceed to the relocation of the machines and then to their mechanical and electrical reassembling.
We provide preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for machine-tools, such as hydraulic oil changes, filter cleaning, regular verification of electrical installations, of lamps, buttons and supply and command panels, of the operating seats of the machines, as well as repair works, repair and replacement of main electrical engines, repair and maintenance of protective systems.
