Our client for this project is ROBERT BOSCH PRODUKTIE NV, Tienen, specialized in the automotive industry.
BOSCH has been present in Belgium since 1907. With the main sites located in Tienen, Brussels and Mechelen, the Bosch Group numbers up to 1,700 employees in Belgium.
The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services, worldwide recognized in the business sectors it operated in: mobility solutions, industrial technology, consumer goods and energy and building technology.
Challenge
Relocation of two production lines from Tienen, Belgium to Sibiu, Romania.
Project
The works performed by Normandia’s team of mechanics and electricians included disconnection of lines from electricity, water, air, mechanical dismantling in components in Belgium, loading on trucks and transportation of components by truck to Sibiu, Romania.
After unloading and placement of the components in the new location, Normandia’s technicians performed the mechanical installation, the electrical connections and provided assistance to commissioning tests.
