The challenge
Complete relocation of a thermoforming machine from Landau an der Isar, Germany, to Codlea, Romania.
The project
Our client relies on our team of mechanics and electricians to dismantle, load, transfer, unload and assembly the thermoforming machine. The works start with the decommissioning of the thermoforming machine, more precisely with the electrical disconnections and the mechanical dismantling of the main elements of the installation. All the components were very sensitive with weights ranging from 60 kg to over 5 tonnes each. Our teams successfully handled the dismantling of the injection head located at a height of 5 meters and weighing 5 tonnes, of the oven and of the entire shelf systems for the moulds, using special custom made pallets for the dismantling and fixating of the parts.
