The company manufactures components for the machine-tools industry, the automotive industry and large size bearings for different industrial applications.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Challenge <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Performing multiple operations of transfer and relocation of CNC industrial equipment and assuring works of planned and predictive maintenance to CNC equipment.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Project <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Normandia&#8217;s teams of mechanics and electricians permanently transfer CNC machines (turning machines, milling machines, grinding, super-finishing machines etc.), ranging from 7 to over 36 to. The transfer and the relocation operations start with the disconnection of the machines from utilities, electricity, air and emulsion, mechanical dismantling in mobile components and subassemblies, and their transportation on rollers to the new location.
